Replacement dwelling in the South Downs National Park

Annex in Guildford

We submitted what we thought was a straightforward planning application which had local precedents.  Unfortunately, the planning officer did not agree.  

 

Red Box and in particular, Megan was unrelenting in her pursuit of the officer pointing out the various precedents which concluded in with an approval. 

​

Communications with the officer were particularly challenging but Megan was relentless which finally resulted in a successful application.

Detached outbuilding in Surrey

Red Box helped us win a two year planning battle by getting both the original planning refusal overturned and enforcement notice (which had wider scope than the planning refusal) quashed.  

 

This was of huge significance to us as a family and Helen and Megan were a pleasure to work with, doing so collaboratively to ensure that our concerns were fully represented and the most compelling planning arguments put forward.  

 

We are already in discussions with Red Box about further building work for which planning approval will again be required.

Appeal for Reinstatement of Permitted Development Rights on new dwelling - Tandridge District Council

Planning Permission for Garden Building - Farnham, Surrey 

 

Red Box Planning were recommended to us. The help and advice Helen and Megan gave us was time efficient, professional & thorough.
